They cannot, at any time, be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, cashed out, or exchanged for real money, goods, services, or any other legally recognizable form of currency from Vegas World or any third party. Your success, progression, or accumulation of virtual wealth in Vegas World does not imply, guarantee, or suggest future success in real-money gambling environments.
To participate in the Vegas World community and utilize our Services, you must meet specific eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:
Vegas World operates a closed-loop virtual economy driven by proprietary digital assets. While playing, you may acquire virtual currency (Coins/Gems) either through free gameplay mechanics (daily spins, winning games, community gifts) or by purchasing them with real-world money via our secure third-party payment processors.
License, Not Ownership: You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual currency or virtual items associated with your account. Instead, purchasing or acquiring these digital assets grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them solely within the Vegas World platform for entertainment purposes.
All Sales Are Final: Because virtual items and currencies are immediately consumed and credited to your account upon purchase, all transactions are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, account bans, or in the event that Vegas World ceases operations. Furthermore, the unauthorized buying, selling, or trading of Vegas World accounts, Coins, Gems, or Charms outside of our official platform (commonly known as Real Money Trading or RMT) is a severe violation of these Terms and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
Vegas World thrives on its vibrant, friendly, and respectful community. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree to strictly adhere to our Code of Conduct. Any violation of the following rules may result in immediate suspension, muting, or permanent termination of your account, entirely at our sole discretion, without prior warning or right to appeal.
The entire Vegas World platform, including but not limited to its source code, visual design, audio tracks, slot machine mechanics, user interface, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all virtual assets (clothing, Charms, environments), are the exclusive intellectual property of Vegas World Casino LLC and its licensors. These assets are protected by rigorous international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in our game. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the game solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any aspect of Vegas World without our express, prior written consent.
Vegas World allows players to communicate via chat features, customize avatars, and decorate virtual rooms. Any text, images, or configurations you submit or create within the platform are considered "User-Generated Content" (UGC). By creating UGC, you grant Vegas World a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display this content in any media format. We assume no liability for UGC and reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Vegas World reserves the absolute, unchallengeable right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination typically include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended periods of account inactivity, or legal requests from law enforcement.
In the event of account termination, all virtual currency, virtual goods, VIP statuses, and progress tied to your account will be immediately forfeit and permanently deleted. You acknowledge that Vegas World is not required to provide refunds, compensation, or any form of reimbursement for lost digital assets resulting from an account ban.
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL GAMES, SERVERS, AND VIRTUAL CURRENCIES, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VEGAS WORLD CASINO LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU PLAY VEGAS WORLD ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY DUE TO SERVER CRASHES, BUGS, OR NETWORK CONNECTIVITY ISSUES ON YOUR END.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VEGAS WORLD CASINO LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL VEGAS WORLD'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE DIRECTLY PAID TO VEGAS WORLD IN THE ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY (180) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH YOU FIRST ASSERT A CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, before a single arbitrator.
Class Action Waiver: You and Vegas World agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor Vegas World will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, a representative action, a collective action, or a private attorney general action.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your sole responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Vegas World Services following the posting of any updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of those modified Terms.
